The GECKO Gloves are knitted in 79% Harmony virgin wool — the proprietary selection chosen for its exceptional softness against the skin, its natural thermoregulation, and its ability to keep hands warm without weight — and 21% polyamide, a proportion deliberately higher than in other pieces in the Must-Have collection. On a glove, structural integrity is not optional: the polyamide reinforces every finger, every seam line, every point of flexion, ensuring the knit holds its precision through thousands of movements without losing shape or warmth.
On the palm and finger surface, a series of silicone grip strips — knitted directly into the structure, not applied after — replicate the gecko's logic: distributed contact, not concentrated pressure. In winter, this means holding a ski pole without tightening your grip, keeping your phone from slipping on a frozen morning, carrying bags on wet pavement, handling a steering wheel in the cold, or simply moving through the day with the quiet confidence that your hands are connected to whatever they touch.
The monogramma APANI pattern is knitted in jacquard at the cuff — short on the men's version, extended along the forearm on the women's, where the longer cuff bridges the gap between glove and sleeve with precision.
